VITH Viyuth is legal consultant with extensive experience in legal and policy research, administration, and contract management. He has a strong background in both public and private sectors and excels in secretariat responsibilities and working with managerial levels.

Viyuth has served as a legal researcher for draft laws on technology transfer and sub-decrees on Capacity Building Research and Development Fund (CBRD) and Universal Service Obligation Fund (USO). Viyuth holds two bachelor's degrees in law and education and a master's degree in land and property law.
