Sokkuma has worked as a legal researcher on draft laws covering various topics, including: Technology transfer, Digital government policy, Fintech policy, Blockchain Technology, Skill roadmap, R&D regulations, AML, Electronics and Automotive roadmap, Training center projects.

Additionally, he has also served as a legal consultant, preparing special civil and commercial contracts, registration, and licensing.

Sokkuma graduated with a double bachelor’s degree in French comparative law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and the University of Lumière LYON 2. He also holds a master’s degree in international commercial law from the University of Jean Moulin LYON 3.
