HOUR Hangdi

Hour Hangdi is a legal consultant at our law office with extensive experience in legal research and contract management. She has served as a legal consultant for the draft law on Technology Transfer, the Sub-decree on Digital Signature, and the Convention Relating to the Distribution of Program-Carrying Signals Transmitted by Satellite done in Brussels for Cambodia.

In 2018, she is a supporting team member for the implementation of the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USO) and the Capacity Building Research and Development Fund (CBRD).

Hangdi graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2016. In 2018, she achieved a double master’s degree in Land and Property Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and the University of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 in France.
