SREANG Sreng

Mr. Sreng SREANG is a legal practitioner, authorised by the Bar Association of Cambodia in 2023. Mr. Sreng has been engaging in legal sector since 2009. He has profound understandings and skills of being a lawyer namely, (1) identifying the nature of the interest being dealt with, (2) identifying the advantages and disadvantages of available dispute resolution options and explained them to the client, (3) making submissions effectively and coherently, (4) advising on a range of contracts and agreements, (5) drafting the document effectively having regard to the parties, the circumstances, good practice, and the relevant law, and (6) taking every action required to make the document effective and enforceable in a timely manner.

Moreover, between 2013 to 2023 he has joined with core legal team in drafting Cambodian Law on Telecommunications, draft Law on Technology Transfers and other ICT and Telecommunications regulations, as well as Telecommunications and Information Communications Technology policies.

Academically, Mr. Sreng successfully completed a Master in Matrimony and Land Law, and a bachelor in private law from the cooperation programs between Cambodian University (the University of Law and Economics) and French Universities (Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3).
